Fort Myers retail building sells for $3.7 million
Private investor buys property from Gulf Coast Motorcycles of Fort Myers
A private investor has acquired a one-story retail building at 17080 Pharmacy Road in Fort Myers, Florida, from Gulf Coast Motorcycles of Fort Myers for $3.7 million, or about $249 per square foot.
The 14,866-square-foot building was constructed in 1995 and renovated in 2010. The transaction was an owner-user sale.
The property was previously sold in 2015 for $1.95 million, or about $131 per square foot.
